Sage, they are Ficus Elastica or also known as Rubber Fig, Rubber Bush, Rubber Tree, Rubber Plant, Indian Rubber Tree. We were told that these were a couple of hundred years old, although they are certainly at least 100 years old.

I wish you would not find the weather in England so adorable and travel more! Ehm.. beautiful and interesting photos of a gorgeous place! I love you for always making such a great effort to bring your friends along on your trips this way!
